Processing sample requests for architects and designers and pass on lead to field sales team. Dealing with customer enquiries and dealing with any issues (delivery issues, pricing errors offering alternative delivery dates if not in stock. giving technical information - Full Training will be given. Proactive calling - following up quotes.
