To ensure all customer orders, enquiries and queries are dealt with efficiently and accurately, so that customers receive the best customer service and that all sales and marketing opportunities and are fully exploited from all customer contact, promoting best possible perception as all times.Processing customer orders and check stock, client credit limits and schedule supply. Processing sample requests for architects and designers and pass on lead to field sales team. Dealing with customer enquiries and dealing with any issues (delivery issues, pricing errors offering alternative delivery dates if not in stock. giving technical information - Full Training will be given. Proactive calling - following up quotes.
