Loving ready-made family dog, needs a new home

I have recently taken on a foster dog, Toby, for a rescue based in Wales (I live in St Albans), to help with the kennel-place squeeze they suffer over Easter holidays.
Toby is a 12 month old, collie cross, affectionate, ready-made family dog, who needs a new home as he was no longer wanted.
If I had the space and time for a third dog I would keep him myself. I have had him 10 days and tried not to get attached, but he is so affectionate, how could I fail to love him? As his fosterer I want to find him his perfect forever home.
He is playful, busy and very good with other dogs, he gets on fabulously with my two.
He has been in rescue twice now, through no fault of his own, so his next home should be his forever home.
