of course, that report is specific to unrefined oil, as apposed to the fire up the road being refined fuel (early reports are that it it is primarily domestic petrol and diesel). Naturally, I've still been following the police advice of staying indoors, and keeping doors/windows closed as much as practical (and watching the people trying to get on TV in the background of the various reports).
